I'd consider it if enough people wanted me to, if I could work out a modding policy both myself and the community are comfortable with (which I'd take feedback both here on rpa and signed in on plurk), and if people were comfortable with me mostly being hands off and just being really good about reporting to me so I can zoom in to handle a problem.

And most importantly of all, if I could still stay anon. This would be way different than occasional once-a-month problems and people getting snitty at each other. Disciplinary actions, even if they're fair, could lead to whole cliques trying to come for my entire life if I use my personal plurk.

Yeah, that's exactly it about people coming for someone un-anon. I'll be the first to confess I'm not perfect. There have been times I've been too blunt or stern and that can rub people the wrong way, even though I've eased up on it over time. The rules there are also a little draconian. But the issue is that I could handle everything 100% fairly, diplomatically, and delicately and it could still get me brigaded and harassed so my private plurk is no go.

Getting the karma up on emp plurk itself is an option though. It has over 800 fans, if enough people did want me to do it the likes on a plurk would be doable, a plurk coin is cheap, and my phone being tied to it would be private.

There are circumstances I wouldn't mind doing it under, but we'd definitely have to see if people want me to do it and if they're possible. At the very least, I have some free time and can respond to complaints pretty quickly but I rp, work, and go to school in Clark Kent mode, so I wouldn't be able to hover all day. It'd definitely be something where people would need to be comfortable firing off a quick report when there's issues. Especially since idk if anyone would be willing to help mod.

I would like to set one up. It'd be nice for it to exist for the community and there absolutely is risk for someone who's been a problem for the community setting something up. And the dwrpmasterlist and emp don't usually take that much time, so I've got some to burn.

I'll think about how to start but I think first step will be maybe commenting with a new header on rpa asking if people want it and also if they'd want me to be the one to set it up. And maybe also a plurk on the emp plurk asking the same thing so people can also see and respond on plurk itself.

If it seems like a solid number of people do, the next step would be discussing a modding policy with people to make sure the way I'd want to mod would be compatible with everyone's needs, figuring out how to get emp plurk's karma up, setting up the plurk with the required likes, etc.
