I thought I was apping the right character to this game but I'm already having second thoughts. I still love playing him but I think I might need a game with a little more sizzle to it. In theory the stakes should be higher but in practice most threads are skipping anything more than basic SOL stuff. Or I need at least more active players, waiting a week for one tag at a time isn't helping to integrate him well into the setting either.

i'm an alcoholic and a drug addict in a stagnant phase of my life and i have no idea how to get out. knowing you have a problem might be the first step but it sure doesn't help figure out how to move yourself toward fixing the problems. i feel like i can't write or rp without some substance to help me "focus" and isn't that just ridiculous since it's the substances that destroyed my attention span in the first place

friend, you've taken an interesting and exciting character and somehow you've made them whiny, boring and predictable, just like all of your other characters. you're constantly a week late on your tags but they're not worth waiting for. you seem like a decent person otherwise, but you're just unfortunately a boring writer. i wish there was a way to tell you this and ask you to just drop so someone else can do a better job and give our cast someone who will actually play the character correctly.

Same as always, I absolutely adore this ship and want to play all the things.

I'm totally happy with it starting as gen with Eresh's feeling being unrequited (or so she thinks) or going straight into the shipping. I want to write everything with these two so I'm really open to ideas and suggestions too.

I'm sorry you're going through that, anon. I wish I could convince you that you're not stuck in the mud forever, but it's a lot harder to believe that where you're at— so try not to focus on that kind of thing too hard, okay? I hope you feel comfortable talking about this with close friends soon, because a support system is the strongest tool against addiction. If you're looking for a first step and don't mind a suggestion from an anon, you might want to search addiction assistance programs around you— there are even some apps and wellness exercise... website.. things... that will help you start without the presence of physical accountability, in case you're having trouble with the idea of revealing this struggle to others. Another thing that you can do is, since you notice that you tend to default to substances to deal with focus specifically, is to start researching other ways of focus management like jitterbugging and other things.

I hope you see enough progress soon that you feel less stagnant, anon. You can do this!

They shouldn't be but I won't lie to you anon some people will be resentful that you're that active in the long term

Basically - two people meet in a VRMMO and become extremely close friends and finally agree to meet up. They've been pretty open and talkative about their personal lives but somewhat cagey about describing their ages, appearances, etc. They meet up in real life and are surprised by the contrast between their in-game selves and their real life appearances, but are extremely attracted to each other, wind up in a love hotel or something, affectionate sex. Pretty simple.

Some examples of the kind of things I'm looking for to give you a better idea -

1) They're both burly male orcs/beastmen/etc in the game but fashionable 20-something women in real life
2) One of them's shy both in real life and the game, the other's a confident and handsome guy in the game but also a fairly shy nerdy girl in real life
3) Tiny gnome girl healer is actually a single mother in her 30s/40s, her in-game friend is actually a teenager in real life

Etc etc. I'm open to anything you can think of, I just like the idea of the initial surprise at each other not really dampening their attraction to each other. For agegap, I'd prefer the younger party to not be younger than 15-16ish. Fine with any other kinks you'd want, but I want things to be fully consensual - maybe one party is a little pushy/eager (and maybe the other party has no experience with other women), but that's about it.

Totally fine with playing sex in the VRMMO as part of this too if we hit it off and the thread goes long.

Shoot me a PM if this is your speed! Like I said, I'm open to basically anything you can think of so long as the RL sex is F/F and there's some element of contrast between their game selves and their real selves.

Personally, I would be happy to get someone that enthusiastic around, but anon above is right that some people will be fussy about it. That's their problem though, so just do what you want and have fun!

actual advice: see a mental health professional if you can, they will have knowledge of and access to a ton of resources to help

most of that time is spent flossing over and over and over

by the end it looks like i unfurled a sweater because there's so much floss piled up

then mouthwash, maybe 4 minutes brushing, then tongue scrapping

i did use a waterpik for brief time, but it was so messy. and i was using it AND flossing. the time of it all
