idk about others but when i'm busy i choose 1 or 2 threads to hyperfocus with my free time on especially if those threads are easy and my partner is reliable for boomeranging

they are busy. they're busy with threads they're super invested in. they're not too busy to rp. they're too busy to rp with you. i know it sucks, but we're all at the bottom of someone's rp pool.

some tags are just in that 'not right now' vibe. and honestly, i don't want to sit there and not tag at all because sam's tag has been there for a day or two am i'm not in a sam tag mood. i'm in a fluffy candy this person gets everything i say and we vibe really well and i look forward to rp with them mood. i'm not going to go hide from rp because sam's feeling low. and even if i sit down and tag sam, what then? they're going to insist i devote as much time to their thread as i do to my candy threads? i have the time to rp something easy for me. maybe you're harder for them. maybe they feel pressure from you. maybe your threads require a bit more thought and so you get less than their candy threads.

you have two options. feel some kind of way about it and drop the cr, or find other shit to occupy your time and let the thread progress at its current pace.

yeah idk. i do a lot of things on the side but am ultimately at my desk for most of my work and im tagging between tasks.

its also easier for me to do my work tasks & boomerang 1 or 2 threads all day because im already in that mode? i find it difficult to jump around too much from different scenes/moods.

genuine question: do you yourself prioritize all threads equally when tagging?

If you do, you might be on the rarer side. a lot of people start with the easier things to get their blood flowing, or keep doing easier tags on the regular so that their inboxes don't get overfilled with stuff. It's probably just a different perspective!
