could be, but it's one of those where it's really, really difficult to say without actually being privy to the thread itself.

the vast majority of 'not interested in your character/you' rpers seem to lean towards just taking a dog's age amount of time to reply/dropping threads than they do being antagonistic, be it overt (ooc) or covert (weird meta text), which is what makes me think that it's a fucking weird stylistic thing more than anything else.
