it's just weird when the criticism is jumping straight to "oh, so you want everyone else to change for your sake even if it's less fun for them?"

when, no, it's just a woe. not a thing i expect anyone to change for me. and beyond this specific complaint, i've seen it come up more and more here that any vague expression of disappointment is actually entitlement or a demand to change. which is a strange, overly accusatory attitude. someone anonymously posting "i prefer Y and my game has shifted towards X, bummer" is not the same as going into a game interest check and whining to get the mods to change it.
